Auditors

The registered auditing firm Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB was re-elected at the Annual General Meeting on 19 May 2025 as Senzime’s auditor for the period until the end of the Annual General Meeting to be held in 2026. The auditor in charge is Lars Kylberg, authorized public accountant.

Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB has been the Company’s auditor since 27 April 2016.
