About the Role

We’re looking for Implementation Specialist (IS) to provide technical expertise and post-sale education for Senzime products. This is a contracted/PRN role, with an expected workload of 1–2 days per week, depending on account activity and customer needs. You’ll work closely with our sales team to support customers, ensuring seamless integration of our devices into clinical workflows. Assigned to large hospital systems or geographic regions, you’ll focus on driving utilization, enhancing satisfaction, and fostering long-term success.

What You’ll Do:

Clinical Implementation

  • Serve as the local point of contact, delivering hands-on clinical support and addressing technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to train customers, ensuring confidence in product use and driving ongoing adoption.

Training & Education

  • Provide in-depth, hands-on training to facility staff on device operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Build strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders, offering expert guidance on device integration.
  • Proactively communicate with the sales team and management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Troubleshooting & Technical Support

  • Deliver on-site troubleshooting and resolve operational issues effectively.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to address complex issues and escalate concerns when needed.

Continuous Improvement

  • Gather feedback from users to identify opportunities for product improvement and enhance satisfaction.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

  • Clinical background (e.g., Anesthesia Tech, RN, Paramedic) with 2+ years in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in medical device training, support, or implementation is a strong advantage.

Skills:

  • Proficient in communicating technical and clinical information to varied audiences.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical support capabilities.
  • Skilled at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.

Other Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Ability to work autonomously and manage territory assignments effectively.
