Market Development Manager – Northeast U.S.A.

We market an innovative portfolio of solutions, including the TetraGraph®, for real-time neuromuscular blockade and recovery monitoring.

We are recruiting for a Market Development Manager position in our United States (U.S.) region. As part of the U.S. sales team, the Market Development Manager (MDM) will be responsible for the sales, promotion, and support of the TetraGraph portfolio throughout the territory. By developing/converting new accounts and expanding utilization in current accounts, this position will drive revenue, market share growth, and sales quota attainment. As a member of the US sales organization, the MDM will actively develop and validate the US sales strategy and clinical education efforts.

  • Excellent Negotiation and Sales Skills

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in the medical device industry. 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.  
  • Live in a metropolitan area within the territory with access to a major airport
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Programs.
