Regional Business Director – Western U.S.A.

At Senzime, our mission is to safeguard every patient's journey, from anesthesia to recovery. We are an innovative medical device company specializing in precision-based patient monitoring solutions. We market an innovative portfolio of solutions, including the TetraGraph, for real-time neuromuscular blockade and recovery monitoring.

We are recruiting for a Regional Business Director for our United States (U.S.) region. As the Regional Business Director at Senzime, you will play a crucial role in leading the sales and clinical specialist teams in your assigned region to ensure successful sales growth while working as a part of the U.S. leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies to secure sustainable and prosperous growth.

  • Customer-centric mindset: A passion for customer satisfaction and a proactive approach to resolving issues and support post-sale.
  • Excellent Negotiation and Sales Skills

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 10+ years experience in medical device sales
  • 3+ years of leadership experience with a reputable medical device company.  
  • Excellent track record of success building and developing sales and clinical teams.  
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Live in a metropolitan area within the territory with access to a major airport
  • Strong presentation and analytics skills
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Programs.
